We offered Oregon's first water jet cutting service. It is the most modern, state-of-the-art water jet cutting system available.
Our ultra high-pressure cutting system combines 55,000 psi water pressure with abrasive garnet to ensure continuous, repeatable cutting of hard to machine metallic and non-metallic materials without creating dust, heat affected edges, or mechanical stress. The computer controlled cutting head with its precise tool tool center allows two demensional cutting of tight tolerances in virtually any material up to 6 inches thick.

Water Jet cut materials listed up to 6 inches thick. Please call for more information about non listed materials and thicknesses. We prefer Autocad drawing (DWG), DXF and IGES, when electronic files are sent to us via the internet or 3.5 floppy disk.
